Curious by nature. Practical by instinct.
My career has taken me from accounting to analytics, engineering, AI, cybersecurity, and executive technology leadership. Those were not separate careers. They were different ways of learning how organizations work, how people solve problems together, and how thoughtful leadership creates clarity during change.
I am intellectually curious and enjoy connecting ideas that do not usually live together. I am equally comfortable discussing financial stewardship, an engineering roadmap, a Board presentation, team culture, or the human dynamics beneath a difficult operational problem.
My approach is hopeful pragmatism: listen carefully, tell the truth, ask the questions that unlock the problem, and identify the next right step.
